Role: Data Analyst / Associate Data Scientist
Role Overview:
- Conduct data quality checks and exploratory analysis
- Write code for automated data extractions
- Analyze and interpret data based on statistical and machine learning algorithms
- Communicate results and issues to stakeholders
Candidate profile/Mission:
- Strong coding skills (with hands on experience in one of R/Python/SAS)
- Strong analytical skills (ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate large data volumes)
- Good awareness on statistics / machine learning/ predictive modeling techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (written / oral)
Responsibilities:
- Must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the analysis needs of multiple teams / apps.
- Ability to communicate analysis (using visualization tools) in a clear way with decision orientation
- Work closely with product teams to implement algorithms with Python and/or R.
- Work with data and analytics experts to scale up data quality in systems

We are seeking enthusiastic engineering graduates with strong critical thinking skills, and proficiency in at least one programming language, eager to embrace modern technologies, driven by passion for innovate on and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the dynamic world of banking & finance.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech/M.Sc. Integrated Courses) with Specialization in Data Science with 7 CGPA and above throughout in 10th , 12th , UG and PG (if applicable)
- Proficiency in R, Python, SAS
- Familiarity with emerging concepts in statistics / machine learning/ predictive modeling techniques
