At Societe Generale Global Solution Centre (SG GSC), we are offering all the young graduates an opportunity to join a young and talented team of experts who are determined to contribute to the group and their personal growth. We run an elite programme specially for the young graduates (YGs) community – LEAP; with the aim to build solid foundations for your future growth and development and give you a chance to contribute to the development and success of the bank.
As part of the program, you will have the support of the LEAP Community, G-group, buddy (colleague from your team) and mentor (generally your manager or an expert) along with access to Employee Experience (EXP) programme and Business leaders for coaching and advice. You will also gain exposure with Senior Management through a range of valuable networking opportunities.
