Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Elicitation and Critical Analysis
- Animate workshops with business users to refine or clarify business requirements.
- Study impacts of business requirements advising on options, risks & costs.
- Create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Envision business flow and translate the same into technical implementation details highlighting the impacted components/features of the application.
- Translate requirements into functional uses cases and specification documents.
- Analyse and Challenge business requirements based on prioritization given by Product Owner
- Help the Product Owner and the team in decomposing requirements into MVP then into user stories.
- Understand technical constraints and participate to the product design.
- Accurate and consistent delivery of committed artifacts by being attentive to detail and adhering to agile development methodologies.
- Develop new testing scenarios and ensure the functional Validation of the new deliverables.
- Optimize the existing business processes by meeting expectations of stakeholders.
Profile Required
- Demonstrated functional knowledge and expertise in the domain ( Investment banking, Capital markets).
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Good level of interpersonal Skills. ( Co-ordinate & Drive)
- High-level of self-drive.
- Knowledge of SQL and Change & Release Management processes.

- Additional Skills – Reporting & Advanced Excel
