CATALYST YOUNG INNOVATORS

INTRODUCTION

Societe Generale’s Catalyst is a five year long running, open innovation programme that’s hosted 60+ startups across global locations. It has completed seven editions while partnering with entrepreneurs to provide them with all the resources they need to solve real-world banking problems through novel products and solutions.The Catalyst programme now extends to college students who are keen to experience what it’s like to start-up with one of Europe’s premier banking institutions. We have successfully completed the maiden edition in Jul – Aug 2021, with 7 out of 8 interns accepting the PPO’s.

Assistant in Intellectual Property Registration and Patenting of Ideas

Proof of concept developed for real live business

Facilitate developments - data sets, sandboxes

Mentorship to the Students - business experts, design thinking, UI/UX Experts, coaches

SG environment constraints, regulatory constraints, to make solutions integrable to our legacy

Bridging gap between orientation and production readiness

Hybrid option - Entrepreneurship/Employment contract

SELECTION PROCESS

Step 1: Register (hyperlinked to registration page) to participate.
 
Step 2: Registered students will participate in a first level assessment which includes Psychometric, Cognitive, AI and Data science tests
 
Step 3: Shortlisted participants will then compete in a second round of assessments to include a mini hackathon
 
Step 4: A third level of assessments will be carried out subsequently. This round will include a panel interview
 
Step 5: 12 students will be selected for this prestigious programme. They will be part of teams of 2 to 3 individuals based on the assessments
 
Selections are at the discretion of the selection committee at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre
