1. Is it open to all?
If you have relevant skills and experience, you can apply and solve the challenge.
2. What is the cut off criteria?
You should maintain a minimum of 6 CGPA & above as cut off in 10th, 12th , Under Graduate & Post Graduate (if applicable).
3. When and where can I apply?
If your college placement officer has provided the details, then you will be invited via email to register.
4. What does it cost?
It’s free of charge. There are no hidden charges.
5. Which elements are included in the selection process?
Selection process typically includes Online Assessment -> 1 Tech Round -> 1 Hiring Manager Round -> 1 HR round. Each of them being treated as an elimination round.
6. Can I complete my online assessment on my phone?
It is strongly recommended you complete on a desktop/laptop in full screen mode. Would also recommend using Chrome.
7. What is the dress code once you are shortlisted for interview?
It is recommended to wear business casual once you are shortlisted for interviews.
8. How many offers are extended during the event?
Our evaluation criteria have been designed to evaluate a range of skills and attributes that our business has defined as essential for success. Candidates are not assessed against each other, but against certain criteria.
9. Will I get opportunities for training & development after being hired?
Yes you will have both on job training & formal training during your employment.
10. What does the screening and interview process entail?
You may be invited via email to register, attend online assessments, followed by Interviews.
